Antonia “Toni” (Pelletier) Voisine, 85, of Bristol, widow of Adest Voisine, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, July 31.
Toni was born in Ft. Kent, ME on Jan. 29, 1931 and was a daughter of the late Joey and Leontine (Paradise) Pelletier. She was a longtime Bristol resident and a member of St. Gregory Church, Bristol. She enjoyed playing cards at the Bristol Senior Center and going to the jams to watch her brother play his fiddle.
Toni is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law; Michael and Heidi Voisine and Bruce and Linda Voisine all of Bristol; two daughters and a son-in-law; Patricia (Voisine) and Al Latham, of Plainfield, and Vyctoria Voisine and Dave Harris of New Hampshire; two brothers and sisters-in-law; Reynold and Norma Pelletier, of Southington and Wilmer and Sylvia Pelletier, of St. Petersburg, Fla., two sisters and brothers-in-law; Evangeline and Eddie Boucher and Pauline Saucier; a sister-in-law: Nancy Michaud; 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter: Nancy Tedeski; and a brother; Sylvio Pelletier.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Aug. 4, at 9 a.m. from the Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol to St. Gregory Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. Calling hours were held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5-8 p.m.
