Cecile M. (Lauzier) Beliveau, 97, of Jacksonville, Fla., formerly of Bristol and a widow of Roger A. Beliveau,
died on Wednesday, July 27 at Brookdale Southpoint, Jacksonville, Fla.
Cecile was born April 30, 1919 in St. Majorique, P.Q., Canada and was a daughter of the late Joseph C. and Robea (Lambert) Lauzier.
She resided in Bristol most of her life before moving to Jacksonville, Fla. in 2001. While living in Bristol
and prior to retiring, Cecile owned and operated Bel’s Real Estate, Bristol. She was a member of St. Ann Church, Bristol.
Cecile is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Roger J. and Paula Beliveau of Catonsville, Md., a
daughter and son-in-law, Colette and Jim Montgomery of Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., a brother, Rene Lauzier of Bristol; two sisters, Clemence Miecznikowski of Bristol and Marie Ellis of Torrington; three grandchildren, Jamie Montgomery, Mary Sadlon and Patty Martin; seven great grandchildren; a great-great grandson; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Cecile was predeceased by a grandson, William Beliveau.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Ann Church, Bristol on Wednesday, Aug. 5. Burial followed at St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. Calling hours were held Wednesday morning.
